Cancellation Policy : Your Credit card will not be charged, unless you fail to arrive at the Hotel without cancelling your reservation in which case the hotel is entitled to charge a non arrival fee usually equivalent to the room rate for 1 night, If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so at least 72 hours (three days) prior to the arrival date by completing this CANCELLATION FORM or by sending an email to sales@oldh.net After you have received your confirmation from OLDH and when there is less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date you must also cancel directly with the hotel concerned. (Hotel contact information is contained in your OLDH confirmation). The hotel is entitled to charge a late cancellation charge equivalent to the room rate for 1 night if you do not follow the cancellation procedure above. The Hotel will carry out an electronic pre authorization using your credit card details simply to ensure that the card is valid and funds are available. The payment for your room reservation must be made direct to the Hotel at the discounted rates offered to you by Online Discounted Hotels. |
