Booking Guide Searching for a Hotel Click the 'Search Hotel Availability' button
To Search for a list of available Hotels use the check availability and rates box located on the left hand side of your web browser, enter the dates, room type, price range and star rating required and click 'Search Now'
A full list of available Hotels will be displayed with a picture and information detailing what the rate includes and the location of the Hotel, if there are two rates on the Hotel search results this indicates that the rate changes during your stay. You can sort the list by Hotel name or price. For more information about the Hotel click on the 'hotel name' or the 'picture', a detailed description of the hotel will be displayed from here you can also get a detailed description of each room by clicking on the room types located on the left hand side of the Hotel details. If you wish to return to the hotel search results please use the 'back to results page' button, from this list of results you can also 'view room' (detailed description of each room)
Booking a room
Once you have decided on the Hotel and room you wish to book click the 'book now' button, a break down of the cost per night will be displayed - click the 'book now' button and you will be asked to register your details, click 'register', please enter your credit card details and any special requirements you may have, please read the terms and conditions and tick the box provided and click 'Order'. Your booking has now been sent to the Hotel and you email confirmation will be sent immediately.
You will notice on your confirmation that the status of your booking is 'pending', you will receive a further email to change this status to 'confirmed' once the Hotel has received your booking.
What Now ?
Print your confirmation (this is not essential) and arrive at your chosen hotel an your date of arrival. Online Discounted Hotels do not charge your credit card, payment should be made direct to the Hotel - an imprint of your credit card is usually taken on arrival but payment can be made in cash if required. All that left for you to do is enjoy your stay in London. |
